The platform
CityView holds a development as a single real-time 3D model — districts, plots, phases, unit availability — and streams it to whatever the room requires. The same project data drives the touchscreen in the sales centre and the link you send a client the same afternoon.
Version 01
The full real-time interactive 3D system. Fly the whole development, drop into a plot, filter by district, phase or availability. Pixel-streamed, so it runs at full fidelity on any screen you point it at.
Version 02
The lightweight 2D web version. Same project, same plot data, no install and no hardware — a link that opens in any browser, on any connection, for the client who is not in the room.
How it is presented
On a large-format interactive touchscreen in the sales centre, a client walks up, puts a hand on the development and moves through it themselves — no operator, no mouse, no explanation needed.
Because CityView is pixel-streamed, the same session scales to a video wall, a boardroom display or a laptop without a rebuild.

Our story
When we started this product at Muharraqi Studios, we asked how we could improve a client's connection to a project using tools already familiar to everyone. The aim was something intuitive and instantly accessible — a development anyone could reach out and move through. CityView became that: an alternative to the physical model, for exploring a project that exists so far only in the plan.
The studio has worked in visualisation since 2004, and CityView has been running in sales centres since 2018. It is the studio's flagship platform.
